We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of products. Drone Compliance: As a user, you are responsible for complying with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations regarding the registration and operation of drones purchased from our store.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in USD ($). We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All transactions are processed securely.
4. Orders By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.
5. Shipping & Delivery We currently ship within the USA only. We do not offer international or worldwide shipping. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5–9 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
6. Returns & Refunds Our returns and refund policy forms part of these terms. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Refund requests must be submitted by email at info@droninvex.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.
